How does the free trial work?
Your first paid subscription starts with 7 days free and 100 credits, with every feature unlocked. A card is required. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged; otherwise the plan starts and its full monthly credits are added.
What is a credit?
One credit is one minute of rendered video. Media jobs and video generations have fixed credit prices listed above. Credits are charged when a job starts and refunded automatically if it fails.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly credits roll over while your plan is active, up to three times your monthly allowance. Credit packs never expire.
Which features need a paid plan?
Media & Clips (downloads, transcripts, AI clips) is included in every paid plan. AI video generation is included in Pro and Business, and turns on after the free trial, because every generated second has a real cost. The rendering API and visual editor work on the free plan.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, anytime from Plan & billing. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Which platforms can I clip from?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook links, direct MP4 links, or files you upload.
Do you offer higher volume?
Yes. Combine Business with credit packs, or contact us for a custom monthly volume.
